The Basel Children’s Trust (BCT) is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization which runs a wide variety of programmes and events to support its members as their children grow from bump to babe and beyond. English is the common language, but there are many nationalities represented in the current BCT membership, including Swiss.

Our skiing guru Nic Oatridge came into the studio this week to tell us about Klewenalp. A small resort above the villages of Beckenried and Emmetten, Klewenalp has stunning views over Lake Lucerne towards the Rigi and the Mythens. it is very conveniently located for a day trip from Luzern or from the towns and cities of Northern Switzerland.
