Union Neuchàtel defeated the Basel Starwings.
Both teams were almost evenly matched in the first quarter as Neuchàtel outscored Basel by only three points.
Neuchàtel turned on the heat in the second quarter with strong defense and led with a score of 35-23 at halftime.
The Starwings struggled to get into gear for the rest of the match. Neuchàtel went on to win with a score of 71-56.
Justin Mitchell led the Starwings with 14 points.
The Basel Starwings are currently winless in the new season with a 0-4 record.
