Our wellness and health expert Anna Kiser came in to talk about seasonal changes without an expanding waistline! Our bodies adapt and change with the seasons. With the holidays and more time spent indoors, we are inundated with eating opportunities. To which our brain says "Yes please! Bring on the goods!".
