Alte Rumfabrik, Health Matters - Tetanus

Broadcast on:
31 March, 2015

Our Arts Correspondent Kevin Richmond talked to Basia Wehinger and Tae Peter at a new performance space in Basel's Gundeli. Formerly known as the Freies Theater, it has now become the Alte Rumfabrik where performances are given throughout the year. On May 9th, for example, Gérard Wyss will be playing the Goldberg Variations; in June you'll be able to see Habeus Corpus Company dance performances; and the 4th of July is reserved for a Mozart Piano Concert. Have a listen to the interview again here.

We also had Dr. Michelle Wright on the show, a British-trained doctor and Medical Director of HealthFirst, Swiss-based First Aid Training and Health Education company. Dr. Wright also has a weekly show called Health Matters, exploring one of the most important things in our lives - health - as well as other medical matters. In today's edition of the series, Dr. Wright looked at how you can get tetanus - also sometimes called lockjaw - where it comes from and how often you should be vaccinated. Listen to the segment again here.
