William Fitzsimmons - July 2014

Wlliam Fitzsimmons is an is an American singer-songwriter born in Illinois to two blind parents, both recreational musicians. He trained as a counsellor before self-recording a few songs, which then became his debut album. He plays guitar, banjo, piano, melodica, ukulele, and the mandolin, and accompanies those instruments with an almost boyish singing voice in heartfelt folk songs. Fitzsimmons told us about growing up in a musical household and juggling world tours with changing diapers at home.
