John Grant - November 2015

American singer-songwriter John Grant released his new album Grey Tickles, Black Pressure in October 2015. He was nominated for Best International Male Solo Artist at the Brit Awards with his previous album Pale Green Ghosts. Grant came to play at Basel’s Open Air in 2013 and he was back in Switzerland in November 2015 to perform at the Kaufleuten in Zurich. He talked to Anna about languages, Iceland (where he now lives), sound design, and the challenges of touring.
