Constanza Running

Constanza Lisdero was in the studio to talk about her ChiRunning workshops, trainings and group runs.  ChiRunning? ...started by Danny Dreyer in the early 90s, the technique is meant to incorporate elements of Tai Chi into running - the result being a more sustainable, injury-free, efficient exercise technique.  In under seven years, Constanza has managed to go from novice to marathon runner, and now shares her knowledge and passion for the sport and this special approach with those interested in starting or improving their running experience.
