Originally from New York, Janet has taken her skills and her love for arts, crafts, and sweets to a whole new level with her home-made and personally hand-crafted cakes and cupcakes.

This week, musician and stage director Ann Allen came into the studio to tell us about her new production Play It Again, Dido. Her concept for the production carries on the baroque tradition of adapting music to suits its purpose and audience. The piece is set at the end of WWII in a cabaret night-club.

Rylla Resler came to the studio this week to tell us about being an expat and dealing with a new life in an unfamiliar country. Rylla moved to Switzerland with her family a few years ago. She knows from personal experience how important it is to have help and support with this process, to share your experiences, and to know you are not alone.

This week, we talked to Julie Stillhart, the Country Manager Switzerland for animal welfare organisation Four Paws - or Vier Pfoten in German. Four Paws started in Austria and now has offices worldwide, including in Zurich. The organisation helps animals in need and promotes species-appropriate animal husbandry.
