2010.12.02 Bruno Ganz reads Unendlicher Spaß (Infinite Jest) at Kreuz Jona Thursday Dec. 2nd

In German. Notable Swiss actor Bruno Ganz reads from Ulrich Blumenbach's translation of David Foster Wallace's masterpiece, Infinite Jest at the Kreuz in Jona on Thursday December 2nd.  Doors at 19:30, reading starts at 20:00. Tickets are 39/25 CHF and are available on starticket. 

Infinite Jest is a satiric description of  North American culture at the end of the millenium, and  will give the literary critics something to feed on for much of  the next century. It features a tennis academy for prodigies, a halfway house for recovering drug addicts, and a film so entertaining that watching it becomes its viewer's only desire.
