BAFTA -The BAFTA's (BritishAssociation of Film & Television Awards) were held in London last month. The glitterati provided a spectacular array of British acting, dancing, singing, editing, sound talent. It was, I have to say one of the most emotional luvvies parties I witnessed in a long time. At one time mostly men crying into their tuxedos and blinking into the footlights as Vanessa Redgrave went on about how many decades you can sustain an encore for.

The star film that should make it here to Basel is the 60's romp called 'An Education' directed by … and cleverly played by the stylish starlet everyone's talking about, Carey Mulligan.
